Content you submit

Scouting reports, grades, tags, takes, and comments you submit are stored and may be displayed publicly as part of community rankings and features.

We log IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Site is used (page views, session duration, traffic sources).

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. Third-party advertising partners (including Google AdSense) may set additional cookies for ad personalization. See Section 5 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
To display your scouting contributions in community rankings
To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address or private account details with third parties, except:

Service providers: We use Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). These providers process data only to deliver services on our behalf.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Aggregated, non-identifying data (such as community OFP averages) may be displayed publicly.

5. Advertising & Cookies

Shouting Report uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scouting reports and community contributions may remain in aggregated form after account deletion. IP logs used for rate limiting are not retained beyond 30 days.

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 5)

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
