1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Shouting Report ("the Site," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not create accounts using another person's identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (scouting reports, takes, comments). By submitting content, you grant Shouting Report a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content to operate and improve the Site, including aggregating your ratings into community rankings.

You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or in violation of any law.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Submit fake, coordinated, or artificially inflated scouting reports to manipulate community rankings
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Impersonate any person, professional scout, or MLB organization
  • Use automated tools or bots to submit content or interact with the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Reproduce or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All site design, code, logos, and non-user-generated content are owned by Shouting Report. Player names, statistics, and team names are factual public information. Shouting Report is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any MLB team.

7. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies; see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Community scouting grades and rankings reflect the opinions of site users and are not professional assessments. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of prospect data or rankings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shouting Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
